Welcome to Bitkingz. Australia is one of our restricted countries, so players from Australia are not allowed to deposit, play real-money games or receive bonuses with us, and if this rule is broken we cannot guarantee withdrawals or refunds. Below you will find our games, offers, payments and account rules as they stand.
Our lobby brings together pokies, live tables and fast crash rounds in one account.
We offer over 5,000 slot games from over 50 game suppliers. Our pokies are sorted into Top, New, Trending, Crypto, Instant, Bonus buy, Jackpot, Megaways and Specials, so you can go straight to the style you like. Popular titles include Gates of Olympus, Wanted Dead or a Wild, Money Train, Sugar Rush and Sweet Bonanza.
Our live casino covers game shows, blackjack, roulette and baccarat from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Live88, Bombay Live and other providers.
For quick rounds, our crash games include Stoned Joker, F777 Fighter, Fortune Circus, CricketX, Spaceman and Aviator.
You can also get the Bitkingz app.
Players from our restricted countries, Australia among them, are not eligible for any bonus. Our welcome package is worth up to $7,500 and 500 free spins across your first three deposits, spread over the three offers below.
Enter code BK1 when you make your first deposit to get a 150% bonus up to €/$1,000. You also receive 100 free spins, credited as 50 free spins per day for 2 days on John Hunter and the Mayan Gods by Pragmatic Play, or on a different supported game if that one is unavailable to you. This offer is only available on your first deposit.
Enter code BK2 when you make your second deposit to get a 100% bonus up to €/$1,500, plus 150 free spins credited as 50 per day for 3 days on Pink Elephants by Thunderkick. You can claim it on your second deposit only.
Enter code BK3 when you make your third deposit to get a 50% bonus up to €/$2,500, plus 250 free spins credited as 50 per day for 5 days on Gates of Olympus by Pragmatic Play. It is reserved for your third deposit.
Each of the three deposits must be at least €/$20. The bonus money and the free spins must each be wagered 45 times before you can ask for a withdrawal. The maximum bet while you wager a welcome bonus is €/$5, and this includes bets doubled after a game round and bonus rounds you buy inside a game. Free spins must be activated within 24 hours and stay valid for 7 days, and the money bonus lasts 1 month. The welcome bonus is not available for cryptocurrency deposits. In AUD, minimum deposits and maximum bonus amounts are counted at 1 EUR or 1 USD to 1.5 AUD, which makes the minimum deposit 30 AUD.
Once you have made at least 3 deposits, our Daily Boosters open up, with a limit of 1 bonus per day.
Deposit at least €/$20 and enter code SPINS with it. The number of spins follows your deposit. €/$20–49 brings 20 free spins, €/$50–99 brings 50 free spins, €/$100–199 brings 100 free spins, €/$200–299 brings 50 Super Spins and €/$300 or more brings 100 Super Spins. Each free spin is played at €/$0.2 and each Super Spin at €/$1. The spins run on Sugar Rush by Pragmatic Play, or on Fish and Cash by Popiplay where Sugar Rush is unavailable. The bonus and the spins are wagered 45 times before a withdrawal.
Deposit at least €20 and enter code RELOAD with it. Your reload bonus is 20% on €/$20–49, 25% on €/$50–99, 30% on €/$100–199, 35% on €/$200–299 and 40% on €/$300 or more, up to a bonus of €/$500. The bonus is wagered 45 times and lasts 1 month.
Deposit at least €/$50 and enter code CASH with it to get 10% of your deposit back as cash, up to €/$100. Daily Cash needs no wagering before withdrawal.
Bet at least €100 a day to qualify, and only real money bets count toward that amount. The percentage applies to your net result from the previous day and rises each consecutive day you qualify. Your cashback is 5% on day 1, 7.5% on day 2, 10% on day 3, 12.5% on day 4, 15% on day 5, 17.5% on day 6 and 20% on day 7, and the cashback percentage resets if you miss the qualifying amount. Once you reach 20%, it stays there as long as you qualify every day. The daily cap and the wagering depend on your VIP level.
| VIP level | Daily cap | Wagering |
|---|---|---|
| Settler | €500 | 35x |
| Merchant | €1,000 | 25x |
| Guard | €2,000 | 15x |
| Captain | €3,000 | 10x |
| Earl | €5,000 | 5x |
| King | €10,000 | 3x |
The cashback is issued automatically every day, must be activated within 24 hours and lasts 7 days. Our no-deposit bonus rules, including their withdrawal caps, also apply to Daily Cashback Hunt.
Real money bets on slots or live games build your Instant Cashback, and you can take it at any time with Collect. The amount you bet for each €/$1 of cashback depends on your level.
| VIP level | Slots | Live games | Wagering |
|---|---|---|---|
| Settler | €/$500 | €/$2,500 | 25x |
| Merchant | €/$480 | €/$2,350 | 20x |
| Guard | €/$445 | €/$2,000 | 15x |
| Captain | €/$390 | €/$1,500 | 10x |
| Earl | €/$310 | €/$950 | 5x |
| King | €/$200 | €/$650 | 3x |
Collected cashback is valid for 7 days. The rules for our no-deposit bonuses, with their withdrawal caps, also apply to Instant Cashback.
No-deposit codes reach members who subscribe to our promotional messages, by mail, notifications or SMS. These bonuses are wagered 45 times unless the promotion says otherwise. Winnings can only be withdrawn once the wagering is complete and your total deposits reach at least €/$20. Unless the promotion sets its own limit, you can withdraw up to €/$50 from them if you have not deposited or your last deposit was over 30 days ago, and up to 10 times the bonus if you are a depositing player. If your email address is not verified, you cannot receive no-deposit bonuses, and any winnings from one are confiscated.
Each offer is limited to one per person, family, home address, email address, IP address, phone number, account number, card, e-wallet, payment-system account and device. Only one bonus can be active at a time, and deposit bonuses cannot be combined. You can cancel any bonus without wagering it and without losing your own funds, and you can refuse any bonus we offer. Slots count 100% toward wagering apart from certain excluded titles. Table games, classic slots and video poker count 5%, and live dealer games count 0%.
The maximum bet with any bonus is €/$5 unless an offer says otherwise. A bonus is cancelled automatically when the balance tied to it, the deposit plus bonus or the bonus alone for a no-deposit offer, reaches €0.05. If the bonus period ends before wagering is complete, the bonus money and its winnings are void. From a match bonus you can withdraw at most 35 times the deposit that triggered it when the bonus is below 100%, 30 times for 100% to 199% and 20 times above 200%, and deposit free spins also carry a cap of 30 times the triggering deposit.
You may not delay any game round, including free spins and bonus features, until wagering is over, or make new deposits while free spins or bonus features are still waiting. Where we have sufficient grounds to believe that play with an active bonus was aimed solely at gaining from the bonus, we may cancel all your winnings. Using bonus funds only to collect most of a bonus feature and then finishing it with cash means the winnings from that play may be considered void. If we find bonus abuse, we may stop future bonuses and cancel winnings received with bonus funds. All bonus and promotion times are in UTC.
Kingz Bonanza gives you three daily features, next to our tournaments.
Deposit at least €30 with code LOOT to open the chest and win one of 40 rewards, including up to €10,000 cash or free spins. Our chest holds $15,000 and opens once a day.
Pick a wheel, make its deposit with its own code and spin for one of 10 prizes, with up to €25,000 on the Diamond Wheel. Spin and Win goes up to $37,500, and there is no daily limit on spins.
Lucky Drops opens a mystery pack holding 1 of 10 hidden rewards, such as up to €500 or 100 free spins. The pack is worth up to $15,000 and comes once a day.
Cash bonuses from Bonanza stay valid for 30 days and free spins for 7 days. All cash and spin rewards must be wagered 45 times before withdrawal, and the maximum bet while wagering is €5 or the equivalent in your currency.
Rush Hour runs 24/7 and resets every hour. You are ranked by your best winning multiplier across 100 bets, and only real-money bets over $0.30 count. First place wins 50 free spins, second 35 free spins and third 15 free spins, all wagered 30 times, and winnings from those spins are capped at 10 times the initial win.
We regularly host tournaments from Pragmatic Play, BGaming, Spinomenal and other providers, with St. Patrick’s Day tournaments, Easter-themed competitions, New Year and Christmas challenges, Halloween spooktaculars, Valentine’s Day specials and Oktoberfest festivities through the year. VIP members also play in King’z Coins and King’z Points tournaments.
Next to the casino, our Sport section holds the Bitkingz sportsbook.
The Sport menu covers the sportsbook with live betting, eSports, football, basketball and tennis, plus sports promotions. Our sportsbook lists AFL Women matches from Australia and NFL matches from the USA.
For sportsbook bets the deposit limit applies for a day, a week or a month. Loss and wager limits do not currently apply to sportsbook bets, and a cooling-off period does not currently stop a sportsbook bet when you have a balance.
Our VIP club rewards loyal play.
As a VIP member you collect King’z Points, and your level rises from Settler to Merchant, Guard, Captain, Earl and King, with more perks at each step.
| Level | Bonus money | Withdrawal cap |
|---|---|---|
| Merchant | €/$25 | €/$100 |
| Guard | €/$100 | €/$500 |
| Captain | €/$500 | €/$2,500 |
| Earl | €/$1,000 | €/$6,000 |
| King | €/$2,500 | €/$15,000 |
Level-up bonus money must be wagered 10 times before you can withdraw.
Each week brings Tuesday Melee, Friday Raid and Sunday Feast.
Each month you can pick one Kingz Specialz bonus, Crypto Cashback, Live Cashback or Royal and Loyal, by asking our support team to add the tag for it to your account. Crypto Cashback and Live Cashback are open to all players, while Royal and Loyal is for VIP status. Each Royal and Loyal bonus has its own minimum deposit, and its cash bonus depends on the deposit. Royal and Loyal brings a $600 cash bonus on Monday after Settler level, and crypto cashback and live games cashback of 10% each arrive on Wednesday after your 3rd deposit.
Every VIP member gets a dedicated VIP host and priority customer support.
Our deposit methods cover cards, e-wallets, vouchers and crypto.
VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Skrill, Neteller, Instadebit, Idebit, Interac, Neosurf, Purplepay, Ecopayz, Paysafecard, Mifinity and Cashtocode deposits are free and instant, from $30 up to $6,000 per method.
You can deposit with BTC, BCH, ETH, LTC, DOG, USDT, BNB, ADA, TRX and XRP. If you do not hold crypto yet, you can buy it with a card through Mercurio and MoonPay.
You can play in EUR, USD, AUD and a range of other fiat and crypto currencies.
Every deposit must come from a payment method registered in your own name. If our security checks find a breach of this rule, winnings are confiscated and the original deposit goes back to the owner of the payment account.
Cashouts have their own methods and withdrawal limits.
You can withdraw to a credit/debit card, an e-wallet or another option available in your region. The smallest withdrawal is €20 or the equivalent, and the maximum depends on the method you choose. Our weekly withdrawal limit is €3,000 or the equivalent since your last successful cashout, and the monthly limit is €15,000. For VIP members the weekly limit is €5,000 and the monthly limit €20,000. A processing fee may apply if your bets since your last deposit total less than three times that deposit.
To unlock deposits and withdrawals you need to verify your identity, address, payment method and phone number. Checking your documents can take up to 30 working days after we receive everything we asked for. Winnings from bonuses or real-money play may be forfeited if you do not provide complete verification information within 40 days of our request. We make reasonable efforts to contact you about a withdrawal, and if we cannot reach you by email or phone within 2 weeks of the withdrawal request, the account may be locked for incomplete verification.
Opening an account takes a few steps, and our responsible gaming tools help you stay in control.
On our website, press Join, fill in the registration form, then confirm your email address through the link we send you.
An account becomes dormant after six consecutive months without logging in, and while a positive balance remains we may charge a monthly fee of at least €20. An overlap of IP addresses between accounts may lead to confiscated funds or suspended access.
You can set a deposit limit, a loss limit and a wager limit for a day, a week or a month. Crypto payments cannot always be held by a deposit limit, so use another payment method when you need the limit enforced.
When you lower a limit, the change applies immediately. Raising a limit needs email confirmation and can only happen once the earlier limit of that type has expired.
You can set a cooling-off period of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months or 6 months. It starts immediately, blocks fiat deposits and promotional offers, still lets you withdraw your balance and ends automatically. Some crypto deposits may still go through while it is active.
You can set a self-exclusion limit for 6 months, 9 months, 1 year or indefinitely. Your account is disabled immediately, fiat deposits and promotional offers are blocked, you can still withdraw manually through support and verification rules still apply.
Set any limit in your account, through LiveChat or by email. If you want support from outside our casino, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy offer consultation.
